Our commitment

Apex is committed to making Apex Connect accessible to producers and staff, including people with disabilities. We aim to design and build the portal so it can be used with assistive technology, keyboard-only navigation, and at various zoom levels.

Standard we target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our accessibility target. This is a goal we work toward, not a certification that every page, feature, or third-party service integrated into the portal is fully compliant at all times.

Third-party content

Some pages link to or embed services we do not control, such as carrier or scheduling tools. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those third-party services.

Reporting an issue or requesting assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need assistance using any part of Apex Connect, please contact us at service@apexii.net. To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • The page or feature where you ran into the issue.
  • A brief description of what happened and what you expected instead.
  • Your preferred way for us to follow up with you (email or phone).
